Wheels would be steel and maybe prepressed on the axle’s at your preferred gauge 7-1/4 or 7-1/2 inch. All machined parts supplied except hardware. No brakes at this time.

Do not know a price at this point but need interest in at least 5 pairs (10 would be better) to make cost effective.
